解決策をしっかり書いてる記事がなかったのでネタにします。
coreserviceshellはトレンドマイクロ社のウイルスバスタークラウドの本体です。ウイルスバスタークラウド(NTTサービス同梱のセキュリティーサービスを含む)は有料版で知らない間に月額払っていますってケースもあると思います。お金かけているものは削除はしたくないですよね。でも使い続けるとなるとCPU占有率メチャメチャ上がるし(6割くらい)正直我慢して使えるレベルの占有率ではありません。仕事にも差し支える遅さですしPC本体も熱を帯びて被害も広がりかねません。
なので止めます！無効化します。
まずタスクマネージャーからプロセスを止めようとしても拒否されます。「coreserviceshell.exe」です。止まりません。引き続きシェルから「taskkill /F」で試みますがやはり拒否られます。
次にサービス管理ツールから「Amsp」を止めようとしても設定項目が現れません。プロパティから無効化しようと試みますがアクセス権で拒否されます。なので諦めかけてしまいます。
そんな時はセーフモードです。Windows10は入り方がややこしい。説明します。
Windowsボタンから「歯車」(設定)→更新とセキュリティ→回復→PCの起動をカスタマイズする→今すぐ再起動→起動まで待ちます
起動後→トラブルシューティング→詳細オプション→スタートアップ設定→再起動→4)セーフモードを有効にする→起動するまで待ちます。
ログインしたら「サービス管理ツール」を開きます。Amspは停止してますのでそのまま無効化→再起動
CPU占有率をチェックします。多分10%以下になっているはずです。
当たり前なんですがAmspを止めるということはウイルス侵入に対してまる裸と言えます。「とりあえず止めている」という認識でお願いします。止めている間に次の対策を講じられることを強くお勧めします。
